Bulk Sale II

This class qualifies for  Six (6) C.E.A. approved Professional Designation Credits!

Commercial Escrow II

The instructor has over 20 years of escrow experience, is commercial escrow officer working for a major title insurance company handling commercial escrows nationwide, is a past-President of the Orange County Escrow Association and holds the California Escrow Association’s professional designations of Certified Escrow Officer, Certified Senior Escrow Officer and Certified Escrow Instructor.

Interview Skills – A Performance Management Workshop

Portions of this workshop were presented during a past California Escrow Association Annual Conference.

This class offers an in-depth review of the in’s and out’s of the sale escrow, including FHA documentation.  The class will focus on all aspects of the process.  While this class compliments “Basic Escrow” and is a logical extension, the entire class focus is on resale and is much different in content. It can be taken separately or as a continuation of the “Basic” training.  Extensive file documentation/examples are provided to participants.

Trust Accounting

Ever wonder about the intricacies of Trust Accounting?  Your Escrow accounts are reconciled monthly, either in-house or by an outside vendor.  Even if your company uses an outside vendor, this is information you need to know if you are an Escrow company owner, Manager, or in any other position where you are involved in banking and Trust Accounting activities.

We will discuss what the Escrow company did/did not do! How it could happen to you!

We will discuss what the bank did/did not do! And, what other escrow banks position was regarding this loss by wire fraud. Did they “make good”? Why/why not?
