Interview Skills – A Performance Management Workshop

Portions of this workshop were presented during a past California Escrow Association Annual Conference.

This class will provide valuable information on how to handle and process transactions involving trust and estates and the importance of vesting in real estate transaction.  YOU will receive real life examples of what to do when real world issues of life and death interact with an escrow transaction.

ALSO, we will discuss how to setup your own estate and succession plan.  Discussion will revolve around the specifics of trusts, wills, powers of attorney and the other documents that should be included in an estate plan.  Statutory forms for do-it-yourself planning will be provided.
